One of my favorite Christmas traditions as a child and now with my own family, is to watch Christmas movies! It doesn’t matter how many times we’ve seen them before, there is just something nostalgic and comforting about familiar stories enjoyed time and again. Most of them are either sentimental, silly, or predictable but I think the common thread is that Christmas movies tend to try to capture that “magical” feeling that we want to hold on to from childhood. Each movie brings a little bit of holiday magic and peace into our home, reminding us of the simple joys that make this season so special.
